Sevierville Water and Mold Damage

The leaking water heater slowly wicked water into the sheetrock of this home in Sevierville, causing the damage shown in the Before Photo. Our skilled WRT water damage restoration technicians can bag and discard the mold-infested drywall material and expose the wall cavities. We strive to restore and not replace building elements whenever possible, but in this case, the After Photo illustrates the necessary steps that were taken to complete the task. We cleaned the area, dried the remaining moisture with an air mover and dehumidifier, and applied an antimicrobial agent to the studs and particleboard.
