Mold Removal and Remediation in Pigeon Forge

The crawlspaces in our area of TN are problematic with water damage and mold development. The team from SERVPRO, are accredited as AMRT applied microbial remediation technicians, from the IICRC-Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. The mold in the Before Photo must be removed. We can use an ice-blaster to abraid the white hanging fungi without damaging the floor joists. Acting like a sand-blaster, this advanced equipment shoots pressurized dry ice pellets (CO2), which remove the unwanted mold without introducing more water for the service. After all, excess water and moisture are the drivers to mold colonies forming. We complete the treatment with a heavy fogging using an antimicrobial agent. Then we suggest to our customer to consider a crawlspace incapsulation project to protect the property. Get it down right by the company that "knows mold."
