To show support for the Sevierville municipal and volunteer fire departments for all they do to lessen fire damage for properties, SERVPRO brought BBQ for the new recruits during live burn training. Firefighters put their lives on the line and we wanted to thank them for their service.

The sooty residue from the small fire in the bathroom of this Pigeon Forge home was caused by a hot curling iron and a bottle of lotion. The sooty residue can readily be wiped from the porcelain tile and tub surfaces. The problem lies with removing the pungent odors from the greasy-type fire. SERVPRO techs can have this bathroom back in use in short order by placing a hydroxyl generator to help eliminate the scent.

This was the aftermath of a kitchen fire that was caused by a microwave when we arrived on the scene there was significant smoke and soot damage throughout the entire house.The homeowner couldn't believe how quickly and completely we were able to clean the soot from the walls and ceiling. 

This family’s  home suffered from a fire caused by kitchen fire.
